These terms cover The Whispering Press for iOS and this website, as offered today. The game is currently free to download and contains no purchases. If that or anything else here changes in a future version, these terms will be updated with it.
Your license to play
Downloading the game gives you a personal, non-exclusive license to play it on Apple devices you own or control. You may not sell, rent, or redistribute the game or its content. App Store downloads are also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Everything is fiction
The city, people, papers, banks, ministries, and scandals in The Whispering Press are invented. Any resemblance to real people, places, or events is coincidence.
Our work stays ours
The game, its writing, names, designs, and this website belong to Atelier of Whispers. Screenshots and videos of your own gameplay are yours to share — reviews, streams, social posts — no permission needed.
As-is, plainly stated
The game and this site are provided "as is." We work to make them good, but we don't guarantee they'll be free of bugs or interruptions, and to the fullest extent the law allows, Atelier of Whispers is not liable for damages arising from their use.
Changes
If these terms change, this page and the date at the top will be updated. Continuing to use the game or the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
